As the Scheduling Manager of Spyglass Appraisal, Nica Santos is responsible for managing the calendar of the company and getting the appraisal orders from numerous AMC partners. Nica’s team is responsible for arranging and setting up appointments with property owners and borrowers, handling and planning appraisers’ schedules, and answering scheduling queries via email and phone. With over 8 years of customer and client service experience, Nica is passionate about helping the company to continue to grow through innovation and exceptional service.
