Jon Davis

Jon Davis founded Spyglass Appraisal, LLC in February of 2016. Spyglass was founded with the purpose of providing high quality residential appraisal and valuation services.

 

Jon Has been a real estate appraiser for over 30 years. Jon has worked at the highest level of the AMC industry and developed products and procedures that have changed the valuation arena .  After Fidelity purchased Hansen Quality, where Jon was the COO, he Co-Founded an AMC called International Valuation Group in 2010. .

 

Jon decided after years of seeing the struggles of the field appraiser to develop Spyglass technology that allows appraisers to focus on the true task at hand valuation and Spyglass was born!
